Only 14% of children aged three-to four-years-old are getting adequate physical activity, sleep and time away from screens.
I'm on a mission to change that, raise funds for schools, boost child development, and promote quality family time 👨👩👦👦🤸♂️🎾✨

If you haven't already bought this book 👇 now is the time 🤩 My son absolutely loves it! And so lovely to see a book about a football-mad girl ⚽️🥅
Now if every school across the🌎 had this in their book corner for the start of the new school year, just imagine how many more #ActiveKids we would have after reading this book, alongside learning about friendship, and believing in yourself 👌
