Democrats take the Senate (and House).
- OIL dumps hard back to support as the market prices in less escalation risk.
Classic rule:
Good sell zones that fail, become good buy zones. Don’t chase the dump.
Wait for the reaction at support, then position accordingly.
Same logic applies here.
Today was pure chop.
But zoom out. This range is tiny compared to $BTC path to 80k.
When this range finally breaks… the move is going to be massive.
Play it simple:
→ Short the top
→ Long the bottom
→ Then sit back and let the market do the work.
No need to overtrade the noise.
I'm extremely proud of my wife's latest art work.

Chop city!
I'm on the fence here
Do I go long ?
$btc retraced way past the support that had to hold...
or have I just answered my own question.

BIG ORANGE DILDO
follow the gameplan...
Dont rush to close your long entries. Give the market time to do the heavy lifting for you.
- $btc Breakout to 81k was a solid move.
- It will take some time to build a new range to trade from.
- Expecting a test back to 78k

For false-breakout traps:
- Clear, obvious level (prior high/low, range boundary, key S/R).
- Price pierces the level (often with a wick or short-lived push).
- Quick rejection: price closes back inside the range/level, often with a pin bar, engulfing candle, or failure to follow through.
- Weak volume or momentum on the initial break is a supporting clue (though not required). This is where I use Divergences
$btc Primed for a short here...
Does not mean I wont hold my longs for 90K targets.
But if I'm wrong I'm in the money regardless.
What Happens When you're trapped in a trading range.
$btc currently suffering from Congestion:
For congestion-style trap zones:
- Price is sitting between two significant levels (commonly 20 MA and 200 MA, or other key MAs / prior swing highs/lows).
- Treat the moving averages and levels as zones, not precise lines. There are better more advanced ways to identify these zones
- Note how far price traveled to reach the zone and how “fresh” the zone is.

How to Exploit (or Avoid) Trap Zones
Congestion trap zones
- Many traders simply avoid trading while price is inside a narrow or messy trap zone because **the odds of clean follow-through are lower**.
- Prefer wider zones or wait for strong “power” /** decisive movement** that breaks out of the zone. ||(candle closes above liquidity highs)||
- Trade the boundaries with confirmation, once price reaches one side and shows rejection or acceptance.
False breakout / trapped-trader setups (higher-probability for many traders):
1. Identify a clear level that has attracted attention.
2. Wait for the break, then the failure (price closes back through the level).
3.Enter in the opposite direction on the reclaim or the retest of the broken level from the other side.
4. Place the stop beyond the extreme of the false move (the tip of the wick or the high/low of the trap).
5. Target the other side of the range, a measured move, or logical liquidity pools.
