Look past price charts and look at what's actually backing them.
I went through the live pools. Across the entire RH core ecosystem (PLS, PLSX, HEX, INC and PRVX), the real-money side of the liquidity, meaning bridged WETH, eDAI, USDC and USDT, comes to roughly $2–2.5 million. The main pools I could verify add up to about $1.7-$2 million.
Set that against hundreds of millions in stated market cap. The real backing is a low single digit percentage at best, and by some market cap figures under 1%. Everything else is priced in tokens that can only be exited into each other.
Now look at concentration. Multiple individuals hold positions worth $5–8 million each. Any one of them could drain the ecosystem's entire real money exit liquidity two or three times over.
Add the backdrop of the founder now in custody in Turkey over an Interpol Red Notice. Every new headline from here is a potential trigger.
This is the textbook setup for a run on the bank. When exit liquidity is a fraction of stated value and holders are concentrated, the first sellers get out. Everyone else holds whatever is left.
If you hold a project whose liquidity is paired against cores, this hits you twice. Most PulseChain tokens aren't paired against dollars. They're paired against PLS, PLSX or HEX. That means your token's dollar price is just its ratio to those cores, multiplied by the cores' dollar price.
So when the cores fall, your token falls with them, even if nobody sells a single one of your tokens. If PLS drops 50%, a token paired only against PLS loses roughly 50% of its dollar value automatically. The chart looks like a dump. The project did nothing wrong.
The damage doesn't stop at price. The dollar value of your liquidity pool shrinks by the same amount. A pool that held $500K in depth yesterday holds $250K today, so every sell now moves the price twice as far.
That is where it turns reflexive. Falling prices thin the pools. Thinner pools mean each sell hits harder. Bigger drops trigger more selling from holders who panic or get stopped out. And all of that sell pressure routes back through the same core pairs, pushing the cores down further, which drags every core paired token down with them.
For holders, that means getting hit on price and on exit at the same time. Your token is worth less, and there's less real liquidity to sell into when you try to get out. The people who leave early take the remaining depth with them.
A severe repricing of the cores from here isn't a fringe scenario. It's a structural risk sitting in plain view. A highly probable coming event. Anyone still holding on PulseChain, whether in the cores directly or in any project paired against them, should understand they're in one of the highest risk positions in crypto right now, and to adjust accordingly.
