Wow. I’m glad my backpack fits in the box at the @FlyFrontier gate. A woman had a small duffel bag that barely stuck out (but definitely would have fit under the seat) and her only options were to pay $100, throw her bag away, or not fly. She threw her bag away. 🥺😡
She wasn’t the only one who had to choose an option. I’d bet @FlyFrontier made at least $1000-2000 extra on unsuspecting people who have flown with them over and over again not having to shove their bags into the personal item box. #sketchy
Moral of the story . . . Don’t fly @FlyFrontier. They don’t give a crap about you. Or a poor sweet young woman who now has no clothes for wherever she was headed. #choosingadifferentairlinenexttime #dontflyfrontier
