Richard Tur de la Concepción, primer secretario de la Misión Permanente de Cuba ante Naciones Unidas, fue identificado como el funcionario que aparece en el video difundido hoy por el embajador estadounidense Mike Waltz.
Waltz denunció que intentó intimidar al personal de la ONU para que cortara los micrófonos de la delegación estadounidense durante su intervención. Según el embajador, también intentó intimidar a uno de sus diplomáticos cuando este advirtió lo que ocurría.

La “élite” gobernante de Cuba gasta en un día más de lo que la mayoría de los cubanos gana en meses.
