Listening to The Beatles Rubber Soul tracks in mono is a great way to honestly assess one’s hearing loss in each ear.

Debatably true
OK! Runnin' with the devil started Van Halen's success but tell me a better song than Mean Street. It's ok to agree with me. But I feel this can't be debated. xitter.gq/KTrain939913/status/20…

BRUCE SPRINGSTEEEN—just lifting the name for a whole new, unrelated song. It’s shameless—like naming your band, “John Legend.”

The drumbeat in the original is so great and key; I don’t understand why Collins would abandon that altogether. Overall, this is not as good a track as Take Me Home.

The Beatles One salient key to the song’s greatness: The Bass does not acknowledge any chord change. This makes the seeming chord change feel like it’s careering off course and snapping back and at the same time resolving peacefully back to the root. Courageous bass-playing.

Phil Collins I want to be clear that I love and appreciate Phil Collins and recognize that he is one of the all-time best drummers, etc. This version takes all the mystery and chaos out of it – (Somewhere Over the Rainbow tagged on the end is tasteless).
