I took one of Dan Koe’s posts. And I turned it into 50+ pieces of content. After 30mins... Here’s what it became and how I did it: --- Step 1: Extract Core Ideas Prompt: “Analyse this post. [copy post here] Extract: Core beliefs Contrarian opinions Lessons Content angles Hooks Story ideas Return at least 20 unique content angles.” The outputs: Core beliefs: - Failure is a prerequisite, not a detour - Discomfort tolerance = long-term success - Speed of mastery is widely overestimated - Quitting is a mindset failure, not a skill failure Contrarian beliefs: - Sucking at something is normal, not a red flag - 2-week results are a myth worth killing - Enjoyment of failure is a learnable skill - Most people quit too early, not too late Core lessons: - Bad = early, not forever - Reframe failure as fuel - Patience compounds like interest - The timeline you expect is always wrong - Winners are just people who stayed longer Hooks: - You're not failing. You're just in chapter one. - Nobody tells you that being terrible is the whole point. - The gap between "I suck" and "I'm good" is just time + reps. Content Angles: - The "beginner tax" what nobody warns you about when starting something new - I was terrible at this for 6 months, here's what I learned from it - Why the 2-week challenge culture is destroying people's potential - Reframe your worst work period as your most important one - Famous people who were laughably bad before they became icons - The psychology of quitting: what's actually happening in your brain Story ideas: - A founder shares their first 12 months of "embarrassing" attempts what they built, how bad it was, and the turning point that made it click. - A creator posts their oldest, worst piece of work next to their best and tracks the exact number of hours between them. --- Step 2: Create X posts. Use this prompt: “Turn these ideas into 10 opinionated X posts. Keep them short. Strong hooks. No fluff.” Example outputs: Post 1- Nobody warns you about the beginner tax. Before you're good, you have to be embarrassing. Most people pay it once, hate it, and quit. The ones who make it just pay it longer. Post 2- You didn't fail. You just expected month 12 results at week 2. That's not a talent problem. That's a timeline problem. Post 3- The 2-week challenge culture has broken an entire generation of builders. Real skills don't load in 14 days. They compound slowly, quietly, invisibly until one day they don't. --- Step 3: Create LinkedIn posts Use this prompt: “Turn these ideas into founder focused LinkedIn posts. Use stories and observations” Example Post: I've noticed something about the founders who actually scale. They have an archive of terrible work they're not ashamed of. Bad early code. Painful first sales calls they recorded and kept. Cringeworthy launch videos. Decks that didn't close a single investor. They don't hide it. Some of them reference it regularly. Because they understand something important: the embarrassing archive is proof of process, not evidence of failure. If you have nothing to cringe at from 12 months ago, you probably haven't grown enough. --- Step 4: Create Newsletter Ideas Use this prompt: “Turn these concepts into newsletter topics” Examples: 1- The beginner tax: what every founder pays and nobody admits 2- Why your timeline is wrong and why that's not a problem 3- Hiring for scar tissue: the case for founders who've already failed --- Step 5: Create short from scripts Use this prompt: “Turn each core lesson into a 30 second video script. Strong hook. Simple language. End with takeaway” Example Post: LESSON: Reframe failure as fuel HOOK: What if every mistake you made this week was actually the most valuable thing that happened to you? SCRIPT: Failure doesn't slow you down. Avoiding failure does. The founders and builders who move fastest aren't the ones who fail less they're the ones who extract more from each failure. They treat it like data, not damage. TAKEAWAY: Stop recovering from failure. Start mining it. --- Remember... This is a base and not the finished product. Use these ideas AI generate for you and build on them to match your clients brand and voice. It's not complete but it's a damn good start. --- Most founders have enough content. They just don't have the right system in place to make the most of it. I'm looking for 2 founders who don't have the time to create their content and post on different platforms. DM me "system" and I can start doing exactly the same for you.

you don’t need 10k followers to make money. talking to the right people, with the right content, with the right message can make you $10k/mo. even with 300 followers.

if you died tomorrow, your company would replace you in 7 days. this should be all the motivation you need to make something of your life.

you can’t control algo’s. but you can control the quality of your content. post regular quality content… and you’ll sign quality clients, regardless of engagement levels.

client relationships last when: • clear expectations are set • communication throughout • respect boundaries • celebrate wins • treat as a partnership • focus on results • overdeliver don’t treat them like a transaction.

you’re here to make money. we all are. so if you preach that you’re not, you’re lying. we can see right through it.

I see too many creators trying to offer too many things. instead of solving one problem for one person with one end result. rookie error. no guessing which pays more.

a high ROI tactic: be delusionally optimistic in everything you do. believe you’re the best. believe you can do anything. believe in your friends. believe in your network. even if you don’t have the right skills, your brain will be programmed to win.

how to spot red flag client: they ask too many questions.  high quality clients want results quickly no matter the cost. if they trust you, they’ll leave you to it.

be so unbelievably desirable in business that you don’t have to talk to people to sign deals and close leads. the biggest indicator of, “this guy’s good.”

most people leave their 9-5’s for “freedom.” but end up building a business full of strict deadlines and awful clients. so another fcking 9-5. if you’re building for freedom. build for more free time and more money.

the most ridiculously simple biz model you can follow: get good. tell people how good you are. show people how good you are. make money. repeat. repeat. repeat.

in my experience, clients who ask too many questions are an immediate red flag. the best ones? ask minimal but important questions. they want results.

client conversations are a goldmine for content. ask about their biggest problems. they tell you. post content solving it. basically insider knowledge.

a business observation: working on things that make the most money is often the worst thing you can do. you end with no enjoyment, no happiness and no fulfilment. instead work on things you like that earn you money, you’ll feel better and you’ll earn better.

if you say you’re not here for the money you’re lying. how do you expect to live the life you want with no money? money is everything. it makes the world go by.

the funny thing is you’ll make more money working with less clients. better retention, better reputation, better results. if you work with everyone and anyone, you’re asking for trouble.

vitality ≠ lead gen. lead gen = posting content that speaks to the right people. sure… the numbers look good when you go viral. but how many high quality leads are you getting?

you can't make it in 2026 without content. if you have the best offer going without no way of people seeing it. it’s completely fcking useless.

I will repeat this to my last living day. if you want something… go get it. sitting around moaning all day that you’re not where you want to be will get you nowhere.
