Sad news today. After 5 years of medical training, one of my mates has been struck off due to a minor discretion. He slept with one of his patients and can no longer do the job he loves. What a waste of time and money. Genuinely a great guy and a brilliant vet
Just saw You Can See Everything and I’m still spinning. Movies are not dead…they just need more fearless risk-taking like this. Amazing.

You Can See Everything was straight-up one of the most gripping and haunting three hours I've ever spent in a movie theater. Fucking insane ride, and it's somehow even more unsettling when Elizabeth Holmes isn't involved. Movie of the year and it's not close.

31 years ago today, Bart Simpson pranked his church into singing “Inna Godda da Vida.”
#TheSimpsons episode “Bart Sells His Soul” first aired October 8, 1995.
I support ending social security for all future generations. I also support firing anyone from those future generations who didn’t bother to save enough for retirement directly into the sun from a cannon. Fair?

If you think Social Security is a scam, you likely have parents who are financially secure.
If your parents rely on Social Security, you’re probably very grateful for it.
75% of seniors on SS rely on it for half or all of their income. There are even children getting benefits as well as disabled individuals.
It’s a very important program that needs to be adjusted, but still provided.

In my top five of the year. This is a movie you must see. Lance Oppenheim is the man and is a visionary. Some people on the timeline are going to tell you this is a movie that defends pedophiles and shits on Chris Hansen. These people are either literally retarded or did not see the movie. There is a fundamentally broken part of society that think since someone has supposedly come out against pedophiles, that they should be never criticized? Idk tons of my own moots seem to think this. This is the best cinematography of the year. The only mainstream movie that’s close is the Bone Temple. The movie has much more restraint than expected. The weird depictions of Chris are dramatized versions of real things he either actually did or what other people have described him doing. I think this movie is actually bold in what it shows and is making a critique that goes beyond just Hansen specifically and his show. Robert Pattinson is great here, despite his Chris being completely alien to what we have seen him as. 9/10 from me.
Every year I watch this Purdue/Notre Dame game like some sort of retarded jackass. How can Purdue’s defense be this fucking bad

Ok now I can turn this off. I don’t even blame Browne for the INT - pressure is on to score every possession because literally zero help coming on D. Purdue can’t continue playing this way.

I can’t leave California because Mexican food in the rest of the country is ass.
Turning off replies is the best way to make your argument obvs

That post is me, a woman, advertising women’s apparel to other women — apparel literally marketed around women being hockey fans. My body isn’t being used as a decorative prop to sell an unrelated product to men.

Being a Purdue fan is a humiliation ritual for crimes of the highest degree in a previous life.
