🚨 PSA: I'm officially DONE with @Trupanion Pet Insurance. After 12 years of being a loyal customer and paying for an expensive plan (because, English Bulldogs 🐶), they've decided to hike my premium for my other Bulldog from around $250 to an outrageous $370. I’m floored. 😡
To give you perspective, I've barely made any claims in over a decade. My late bulldog, Brixton, lived nearly 12 years without needing costly vet care. And yet, they've made a fortune off me and now feel justified in jacking up the price again. It’s absolutely absurd.
For all of you with pets, especially breeds with special needs, it might be smarter to set aside money in a savings fund for emergencies rather than pouring cash into a company that only cares about profits. I regret ever giving them a cent.
So, I'm canceling. Right here, right now. If you're with @Trupanion, you might want to think about doing the same.
