So there’s a Microsoft outage… and this is a very fun way of going about announcing it. Not linguistically crazy outside of the use of informal language, but good for a laugh at any rate

The incident at former President Trump’s campaign event in Pennsylvania today is concerning and confronting. There is no place for violence in the democratic process.

I send my best wishes to former President Trump after this shocking attempt on his life. It is a relief to see his statement, and I wish him a speedy recovery.
My thoughts and prayers are for the spectator killed and others hurt.

Regarding last nights events in the US, please keep an eye on reactions out of Australia. This is the sort of event that will give you a lot of media file. Many Politicians have already put out statements that are worth a read.
Sometimes people use slang incorrectly in an attempt to look good. This attempt of using “Based.” From Victorian UAP Senator @senatorbabet is an example of this in politics (I believe, based on his other generally socially conservative views). 1/2
