If you set a 10-year goal and try to achieve it in 6 months, you’ll probably fail
but you’ll get much further than someone who sets a reasonable 10-year goal and actually hits it

No weapon formed against you shall prosper. Every tongue risen against you in judgement is condemned already ! In Jesus’ name. YOU ARE BLESSED !

It took me:
- 2 years to make $1 online
- 8 months to get 1,000 followers
- 3 months to grow a SaaS to $1k MRR
I’ve built 43 startups and posted 38.7K tweets.
It takes time.
Whoever pretends otherwise is trying to sell you a get-rich-quick dream.

I couldn’t sleep last night because I wasn’t satisfied with the first take I did for this live show.
By 3am, I had to make the decision to leave work and get some sleep. I realised that if I kept pushing myself, I wouldn’t achieve much. I needed to rest, clear my head, and come back with a fresh mind.
I woke up at 11am today and worked on it until 8:57pm, when I finally sent my final review to the Fire’s team.
Sometimes, the work isn’t just about putting in more hours. It’s about knowing when to pause, reset, and come back ready to give it your best. 😮💨

It only took ~5 years but I finally met my cofounder @helloitsolly!
Almost 5 years ago I started my first company, Senja.
After building it in public for a while, Olly slipped into my DMs and asked if I wanted to build together.
I thought, sure, why not?
3.5 years later and we grew the business to 2K+ customers and $850K ARR before I left to start @ferndeskhq
He's just as ridiculous IRL 🤣
