Black ppl had to have did something in heaven bc it’s know way the world sees our productions and we are the most hated….
Oh go Cavs 😆
So non-minorities don’t have the weight of their entire race on their actions, yet America will tell us we make these things up.
- we have to keep trying even though we know we are not getting a fair chance.
- we have to keep trying even though we know that most of them have to be made to give us a chance
- we have to keep trying even though we know our actions speaks for the entire race
Charlie Strong says he interviewed for around 20 head coaching jobs and kept getting rejected again and again, and says it wasn’t until Lou Holtz gave him a reason to keep interviewing that was bigger than himself that he landed the Louisville job
“It really started for me just being an assistant coach and interviewing for all of these jobs, and I never could get one. I bet I interviewed for 20 jobs. I was an assistant, and I can remember I was at South Carolina with Lou Holtz and Mike McGee was the AD.”
“They would actually interview me before I went on my interview. I would sit down with Coach Holtz, and he’d be like, ‘No, you can’t say that. This is the way we’re going to answer that.’ Then I’d go see Mike McGee, and he’d say, ‘These are the questions that the AD wants to hear, and these are the answers that you’ve got to give them.’ So then I would go on the interview, and people would say, ‘Well, he didn’t do a good job.’ And I’m sitting there like, ‘I know I did a good job.’ I’m not going to even hear that.”
“So one day I went to Coach Holtz and I said, ‘Coach, I’m not doing it anymore.’ He said, ‘What do you mean you’re not doing it anymore?’ I said, ‘Coach, I just feel like I’m a token. I’m just going on all these interviews and I’m getting none of the jobs. Every time they say he’s a poor interviewer and he’s not prepared, and I was prepared. Coach had given me all the information. I was probably overly prepared.’”
“He said, ‘You can’t do that.’ And I said, ‘Why not?’ He said, ‘There are a lot of African-American coaches who are not getting the opportunity that you’re getting. So if you say you don’t want to do it, then those are guys who may not get that opportunity because they’re going to look at you and say, “Well, Charlie’s saying he doesn’t want to do this anymore.” So now, since he’s saying that, there’s no need in me going to interview someone else.’”
“I can remember I was at the University of Florida and we had just won a national championship. Up until that time, whoever won a national championship, one of the coordinators got a job. And I didn’t get one.”
“We go recruiting, and it’s Urban and myself, and Urban’s like, ‘I just got a phone call, and I feel bad for you, and I’ve got to tell you, one of our coaches is going to get a head coaching job and they didn’t ask about you.’ And I said, ‘You know what, Urban? I’m so over it now. The only thing I can do now is do the job that I do and hope that I do a good enough job that someone else, that they will look at another brother and he can get a job off of the work that I’m doing. I’m past that now.’”

No, your eyes are not deceiving you. This is in El Paso, Texas. A group of white teens at a Halloween party dressed up as the Ku Klux Klan. The white teens reportedly left the party to walk through a neighborhood, shouting racial slurs.

Breaking: Donald Trump was "an active participant in Jeffrey Epstein’s abuse of young women in the mid-to-late 1990s,” according to a report issued today by Dems on the House Judiciary Committee. The report includes one new rape allegation against Trump, and calls for a special investigation of the Trump administration's cover-up of Epstein's crimes.

Browns win 4-6 games picking top 10 trade Myles by 2027 off-season A new Era in Cleveland begins @JAYALNOCAPP I’m pinning this tweet no backing down from it #dawgpound
I was here, I don’t care about stats and how it looks for wins. BUT for contract purposes after 5 yrs we can’t pay Watson after this season if it’s an up and down season no matter how it ends, yes even Super Bowl.
I have to be consistent I think teams don’t move on from players, they pay them when they shouldn’t. So right now I’m no, but that can change.
Even though the Browns are sitting at 5-2, @RealTannenbaum thinks there's a 0% chance the Cleveland Browns give Deshaun Watson another contract.
I don’t like MOST of our media BUT I will give them some credit outside of @JaycrawfordCLE terrible take about draft picks.
The local media is slowly giving the Browns and Watson credit for winning and they are less worried about how it looks. Maybe my guys @thedawgspodcast will come around off their anti Watson agenda
Did Deshaun Watson just deliver his BEST performance in a #Browns uniform?! 👀🏈
“This is the best game that I’ve seen Deshaun Watson play in a #Browns uniform.” — @Gbush91
G Bush explains why Watson deserves his flowers following Cleveland's win over the #Titans to improve to 5-2! 💐🔥

Been complaining for years about the lack of yac/rac in our offense.
Are people really so petty to dismiss Shedeur’s 364 yards because 251 of them came after the catch?
What am I saying, of course people are that petty. As if the quarterback doesn’t still need to make the throw whether it’s a short pass or a long one.
In week 12, Patrick Mahomes had 352 yards. 229 came after the catch.
Jordan Love tossed 360 in Week 8. And 246 were YAC.
In Week 5, Baker Mayfield threw for 379 yards with 200 after the catch.
Turns out every quarterback in every game benefits from yards that his receivers pick up after the catch. That’s kind of how football has always worked.
It’s weird and kind of concerning how far people will go to hate on Shedeur for doing things NFL quarterbacks do.
I like X’s & O’s I know some don’t, but I don’t think #53 or the OL responsible for this block is getting in the face of the DL (93 here) noticing he can make the play and having the IQ to seal him off.
That created the big run, where I think previously he gets out and leaves him. @BrownsFilmBDN @64AMDG
