So many other things to remember and celebrate Sir Patrick Stewart for... but this has to be one of the best line readings in the history of The Simpsons

Comic-Con is deeply saddened to hear of the passing of legendary actor Sir Patrick Stewart. Best known for his roles as Captain Jean-Luc Picard on Star Trek: The Next Generation and Professor Charles Xavier in the X-Men movies, he also was known for his portrayal of iconic Shakespeare roles. Our condolences go out to his family, colleagues, and fans.

Just on general principles I think "you're totally new to this filmmaker? Awesome, here's why you're going to love them" is a better approach than "how did you get through life not knowing this." I've got a long list of artists I discovered later in life.

Bob Ross is actually a perfect example to show why art lovers are unimpressed by AI art. Bob Ross is not famous for his paintings. He is famous for his videos in which he showed *how* he made his paintings. The process matters!

The Times has published 0 stories about an Oxford lecturer who was recently charged with child porn offences. Coincidentally she is also a right wing journalist and Michael Gove's girlfriend.
Recognition from fellow journalists is much appreciated as this is undoubtedly a difficult and polarising story, with a tragic outcome. Many people still do not accept its legitimacy but it was an important public interest story which sparked public debate about key issues of our age timeshighereducation.com/opi…
