If Trump prosecutes the foreign interference in our elections, he gets to set the standard for how that's prosecuted from here on out.
More so, he may have created grounds to prosecute at least Obama and Biden for dereliction of duty.
If he can establish that it is Treason for a president to allow and not prosecute election fraud, he can force all future presidents not to use fraud to gain office.
Essentially making fraud bad again.
Trump cleaned out these agencies in his first year (2025). Overtly pro-America people run these agencies. These agencies stated, in no uncertain terms, that they would be watching this election closely.
They have UP TO 45 days.
If they find foreign interference in the first week, they can move on to phase 2. If these agencies were watching the fraud and identifying its involvement, they already have the evidence.
They don’t need to find it.
Trump has been studying election fraud since Romney vs. Obama. He defended Romney with zeal and was identifying the mechanisms used. Search his tweets.
This is not speculation. This is all from Trump’s Truths on Truth Social and the Agencies’ Tweets on X.
In elections past, Trump lacked the infrastructure to go after the fraud. He could, as he has been diligent to do, only identify the fraud.
The evidence was never packaged correctly or thoroughly to get past the corrupt judges.
Now my speculations:
Since election fraud has been classified as a national security matter, foreign involvement is now akin to war. The response is through the military.
Prosecution is through military tribunals. No corrupt judges to use standing as a firewall.
Every federal worker in these Agencies gave this oath to us:

The exact wording mandated by 5 U.S.C. § 3331 is:
“I, ___, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God.”
If these Agencies see clear foreign interference, and I believe they already are in the documentation stage, they have the duty to report it to the President of the United States.
I believe this will be done much earlier than 45 days. These Agencies have up to 45 days to document the interference clearly. Local AI workstations can shorten the time needed for document production.
Trump has to do EVERYTHING perfectly under the law and the Constitution. He has quite often cited Lincoln’s belief that he could act in any way to save the country, and Lincoln and Trump did. Congress justified Lincoln’s actions by law.
Trump has a very similar oath, and his constitutional powers force him to act. He doesn’t have a choice.
If the Agencies find foreign interference, Trump has to act.
The judiciary is fully corrupt.
The legislative branch is fully corrupt.
The Executive Branch is mostly intact where it matters, and right now Trump himself is the last line of defense.
It’s a national security matter akin to war. It’s a documented invasion. It’s a documented army of domestic enemies. We are primed for a national emergency and potential martial law.
Trump won’t do anything without fully informing the people. We will see the receipts. We will watch the tribunals. We will hear all the evidence. There won’t be courtroom theatrics.
We will see the convictions.
If the Agencies find no fraud, they'll communicate that, and we will need to assess the election from a different vantage point.
I think if the period of time goes to 90 days, we should brace ourselves for the reality that the election may not have been totally fair, but it is what it is. I'm sure all local fraud will be fully published for state/local prosecution. We see DHS already going in this direction just 2 days after the election.
I do believe that if there was foreign interference, Trump will begin the process before anyone assumes office. It is actually his constitutional duty.
If he waits until 2/1/2027, those who benefited from fraud will begin proceedings that will severely corrupt the process.
At this point, Trump’s silence is giving me confidence. His saying he accepts the election results could mean he's moving on (which would be dereliction of duty), or he is accepting the evidence as is. This is actually a good sign. The process is starting efficiently, and the evidence isn't corrupted. Trump is essentially removing himself from the early stages of the process.
In every election, Trump has shouted from the Twitter/X rooftops about fraud for weeks. This year, he’s made some light comments, but he’s strangely silent when the potential fraud is more glaring than ever. That's weird and notable.
All options and speculation come from my logical deduction based on my observations.

I’m seeing a lot of people suggesting something BIG must happen 45 days after the election. But before we get ahead of ourselves, I encourage everyone to actually READ Executive Order 13848.
There are TWO separate 45-day periods outlined in Sections 1(a) and 1(b):
1️⃣ FIRST 45 DAYS — December 18, 2026: The Director of National Intelligence (DNI) must assess potential foreign election interference and submit findings to the appropriate officials.
2️⃣ SECOND 45 DAYS — Approximately February 1, 2027: Following receipt of the DNI assessment, DOJ and DHS have another 45 days to evaluate whether foreign interference materially affected election infrastructure, vote tabulation, campaigns, or political organizations.
That’s potentially 90 DAYS TOTAL, assuming the first assessment takes the full 45 days.
And remember, these are deadlines for intelligence assessments and government reports — NOT guarantees of public disclosures or immediate action.
Many are watching EO 13848 very closely, but let’s temper expectations, understand the actual process, and avoid setting arbitrary deadlines that create unnecessary disappointment.

So why now?
Why another damn stollen election? We’ve had everything before 2016, then 2020, 2022, now 2026. Why!!!???
I’ll tell you. How do you trap an animal. You encourage repeated behavior and then once they get used to the pattern you trap them.
All of the previous elections where “nothing happened” were part of setting the pattern so they got lazy and overconfident. This time around they overplayed their hand so badly even those that are half asleep are noticing.
And Trump has been plainly stating that this time we are watching.
Trap baited, set, and spring.
Watch for the X37 to land in the coming weeks. IMO that will be the tell….. IYKYK.
The biggest difference between 2020 and 2026 is this:
In 2020, Trump was very vocal.
In 2026, Trump is very silent.
This morning I thought I’d be in the dumps. But I wasn’t.
I actually felt free.
Lots of RINOs were voted out.
Now that the election is over, I am no longer carrying the weight of the natural born loser neocons.
I see a lot of opportunities we were not allowing for ourselves.
2028 is going to be an exciting primary season. And I’m free to pick the best republicans.

45 Days from Election Day = Dec 18
Here's the Delta Post that fits best.
Over the next 45 days there will be a deep investigation into election fraud by government agencies.
This will take up much of Trump's focus. His whole life was set up for these 45 days.
Trump's silence on the election is a good sign. He has already clearned his schedule.
Him saying he is accepting the election is also good news. He is preserving the evidence.
Today the democrats are ecstatic, and we are a little dismayed. That's also OK. If Trump maintains his silence, it means he's not telegraphing his next steps. The more silence, the better it is for prosecuting the crimes.
The graph shows where we are and where they are over the next 45 days. After 23 days, the pain will begin for them. It is the inversion day. As Trump remains silent, they will become more nervous.
It's a movie - take the next 22 days off. 11/25/26 things will turn in our direction - on JFK Jr.'s 66th birthday.

We are at the point in the movie where a couple of criminals start committing overkill. Where they shoot more than necessary and against more individuals than was originally intended.
That point where people in the syndicate start getting uneasy and start telling the shooters to stop.
The day, days, weeks and months after the Election, the people will see the excessive and extreme extent of the election fraud. They will see it as overkill. Many Democrat voters will see they were no where near winning. They will get uneasy. They will tell the democrat criminal syndicate to stop.
I personally believe the Iran war was the United States going to kinetic war with the democrat party with Iran as a proxy.
It's what I believe.
