Speaker, author and ocean rower @rozsavage is my special guest on @BBCGlos today.
She’s organising a @TEDx event at @SubRoomsStroud ... and she was also the inspiration for @TheSeablings row across the Atlantic! 🚣♀️ 🚣♀️

When people ask me about the row, I find it really difficult to articulate. However, what rowing an ocean has provided me with is a new sense of perspective. I always knew who & what was important to me, however, the time I had away has simply cemented that for me.

Today I learned that the #Tokyo2020Olympics will be postponed. In Beijing 2008 our heat was postponed by a day. My teammates and I showed how a champion uses an obstacle as an opportunity to raise her game. That's what I intend to do once again.
Bring it on, #Tokyo2021.
