How to create a US-based TikTok account:
1. Buy a brand-new Android phone.
2. Do not insert a SIM or activate eSIM.
3. Connect to Wi-Fi.
4. Disable Location Services.
5. Disable Wi-Fi scanning and Bluetooth scanning.
6. Set language to English (US).
7. Set region to United States, if available.
8. Set time zone to a US time zone.
9. Create a separate Google account for this phone.
10. Download v2rayNG.
11. Buy one dedicated static US residential IP with SOCKS5 support.
12. Add the proxy to v2rayNG.
13. Enable full-device VPN routing.
14. Enable Always-on VPN.
15. Enable Block connections without VPN.
16. Verify your public IP shows the United States.
17. Check DNS leaks (ask Claude).
18. Check IPv6 leaks (ask Claude).
19. Check WebRTC leaks in the browser.
20. Disconnect v2rayNG and confirm the phone has no internet at all.
21. Reconnect and confirm the same US IP comes back.
22. Only after all checks pass, install TikTok.
23. Create a completely new TikTok account with new email.
24. Deny TikTok location permission.
25. Deny contacts and nearby-device permissions where possible.
26. Set TikTok language to English.
27. Check TikTok account region if the option is available.
28. Follow and watch US creators in your niche.
Engage naturally with US-focused content.
29. Post in English and make content specifically for a US audience.
30. Keep using the same dedicated US IP consistently.
31. Check TikTok Analytics to see what percentage of viewers are actually from the US.
