G2 Head Coach Perkz 🇭🇷 on coaching:
"it's not a hard job, i'm just making it seem like it's harder than it is, some things are very hard, but it's both very hard and very easy at the same time"
"Coaching is very OP, you can have a lot of impact on the team, positive or negative"
"most of the impact is made on the scrim days and the way you coach practice, that's the way how people improve, develop and how you ultimately grow as a team"
