We have a passion to inspire children to love & protect our wild world. In ‘The Oakers’ Tale’ – first book in the Treebies collection available April - the Old Oak Tree is about to be cut down. But Twig & friends have a plan. In a race against time will the Treebies win through?

should be working towards local food for local people, building rural economies and resilience between growers and communities, being transparent with food economy, call out crippling supermarket/ world trade policies to land, farmers, and people.

Revisited wistmans wood on our way home - saplings coming up as sheep are fenced out but why on Earth can’t farmers be paid to reduce their stocking numbers and be incentivised to move away from sheep and into native breed cattle???

This method has benefits but requires use of glyphosate to ‘clean’ land before drilling, killing the invertebrates above and below ground - invertebrates are the foundation block of the food chain. As farmers we need to work out how to implement this without using chemicals

Another broken promise @DefraGovUK
⚠️ Beavers in England are at risk ⚠️ Yesterday, UK Gov reneged on their commitment to give them legal protection. This is yet another broken promise. RT to join us in letting @VictoriaPrentis @DefraGovUK know that it’s not good enough. (1/4) wildlifetrusts.org/news/beav…

I just signed the open letter calling on @RoyalFamily to ‘rewild’ the land they own - to boost wildlife and fight the climate crisis. Will you add your name too? speakout.38degrees.org.uk/ca…
