@toryboypierce I caught part of an interview on TV where an argument was deployed that the reason the UK were not involved in the air strikes was that no post war plan was in place The comment was to paraphrase In World war 2 we had the Marshall plan

The facts are the Marshall plan was not conceived and developed until the war ended Which very much defeats the argument that was being made As the facts used to support the argument were false

New analysis of over 70,000 people finds focusing on extrinsic goals over intrinsic is associated with ill-being. Chasing external validation leads languishing. Pursuing mastery leads to thriving. Stop chasing achievements, fame, and status. Fall in love with the process.

I created a discipline checklist for Puddle Jumpers (spring 26’) to ensure parents get to the root cause of behavior. If we use a checklist to save lives in the Navy SEALs, it can work to ensure a positive framework is in place for proper discipline, with emotion removed from the process. Want it? Repost and DM me for the share.

You can’t do anything about how fast I run you can only run your best CONTROL WHAT YOU CAN CONTROL When you looked back you lost focus on your goal and became distracted FOCUS ON YOUR GOAL SHUT OUT THE DISTRACTIONS RUN YOUR RACE THE BEST YOU CAN

Distraction from the task in hand makes the task harder to complete successfully Yes he became better at the task not because he became a better runner but because he focused on the task and at the end I didn’t pass him

Hey, @grok, who was the most famous person to visit my profile? It doesn't need to be a mutual, don't tag them, just say who it was.
