So the court basically told him they are granting him bail on condition that he goes to testify at the #MadlangaCommission. I don't think this man is going to pitch. His doctor is probably drafting a sick note to say he can't leave the house for like the next two months again.
Also, how come he isn't being charged for failing to appear at the commission on numerous occasions? I mean he ghosted the commission so much that Justice Madlanga ended up declaring that they won't be expecting him anymore because they saw it was a waste of time.
