HUGE: More than 50 lawmakers from BOTH parties are telling CMS to scrap a proposed rule that could slow down better cancer treatments.
Some patients can now get a quick shot in minutes instead of sitting for HOURS in an IV chair.
This rule would push those improved treatments into Medicare price negotiations almost as soon as the FDA approves them.
The lawmakers say that kills the incentive to build them, and that CMS actuaries haven't shown it would save taxpayers anything.
It all comes out of Joe Biden's Inflation Reduction Act.
Cancer patients shouldn't pay the price for a Biden law.
Withdraw it.
Terrifying to think of. Maybe this will wake up some of the French people but I doubt it will. Europeans have become so full of self guilt that they probably think they deserve this.

We want to thank everyone for your generosity- in prayer and in donations. Keith loves sharing his life with you and feels as if he knows each of you, personally, too!
He is able to communicate with his eyes, so we know he hears us. We read to him the many prayers and well wishes - so he KNOWS he is loved! The team of doctors and nurses are so incredibly lovely … he could not be in better care. God is the ultimate Physician and we do believe in miracles. None of this is a surprise to Him and we trust His will. He is the God who rose Lazarus and if it is His will, we know He will restore Keith. Through all, we praise and trust Him, giving Him glory. (Our daughters were able to bring his precious Tilda to give him kisses - they both needed that.) We continue to persist in praying for a miracle and thank you for your continued love and prayers. ❤️❤️❤️ kari & family
