Molly Miller explains why she intentionally schedules time to connect with her players through what she calls “Miller Mondays.”
"I think that's really important when your implementing culture is just start with the human beings."
Your calendar is a practice plan for your leadership.
And you wouldn’t leave an essential part of player development out of your practice plan and simply hope it happens.
Give relationship building the same consideration in your leadership.

Ask yourself, how hard have you worked to make your TEAM better? Not your stats. Not your spotlight. Your TEAM. A roster full of players chasing their own shine will always fall short. But a group of unselfish, disciplined, team-first competitors? That’s an unstoppable force!
Thankful for good coaches in my boys lives. All a parent can ask for.

Advice given to me once…….
Coaches remember....... Coaching is your ministry. Somewhere there's a parent praying for their son or daughter to have a coach in their lives that will help lead and guide them and love them like their own.
Be that Coach....

John Wooden literally dropped the coldest truth about why teams win, not individuals.
Dropped the boys off at college 2 weeks apart. My goodness its been a whirlwind! Couldn't be more excited or proud of these 2. Praying for them to have a great year, do well in class, meet lots of friends, make memories, and find their way on the court. Mama's heart is full. ❤️ l
