No better feeling than seeing the music from a release I worked on performed live for the first time. Kudos to @ThisIsMev on a truly divine performance at @tveyenyc last night. Here’s a clip of @tkastenkrause and Matt having a moment.

Hello I am about to drive to New York City to play a show on Sunday interpreting the work of @ThisIsMev at @tveyenyc please pray that my poor little CRV that’s about to cross 200k miles makes the trip 🙏

Hanging out with the band is deeper and more important than simply learning the songs in rehearsal, hanging out is the true band practice

"Mixing the sounds of Arctic water with maudlin instrumentation, 'Arcto 1' exemplifies the record’s strangely intimate sound collage, as if Evans is writing a score for his own memories."

Unique among the slew of summer jammers out today is ‘touchless’ by @ThisIsMev, a glacial unfolding of tones slowly describing grief, life after, ecology, and grief

Ok partly sharing this because the incredible new single by Matt Evans "Arcto 2" is on Lars' Viking's Choice playlist, but also these MFD tributes are so dope and Lars does an awesome job capturing the GOATs legacy. @ThisIsMev @totalvibration
