Look how much the #WatfordFC victory over Charlton means to head coach Alessio Dionisi after a turbulent week.

Seven defeats in Watford’s last nine matches have piled pressure on Alessio Dionisi, but the club’s problems run far deeper that their head coach:
🔻 £14m wage bill one of Championship’s lowest
💸 Unwilling to pay players more than £10,000 a week
❌ Not a penny paid on summer signings

Since Tom Ince’s #watfordfc interview I’ve exchanged several messages with various ex-players and coaching staff from the last decade. I’m not going to name them, but this is some of what they said.
Warning: Distressing and graphic language
An undercover investigation by ITV Exposure into Nigel Farage’s Reform UK has found multiple elected councillors and party candidates expressing racist views and using offensive language.
ITV has obtained secretly recorded footage showing Reform officials from across England and Wales using violent, racist and sexist language.
Councillors Alan Feeney, Chris Whelan and Jamie Campbell did not reply to our request for comment. Councillors Feeney and Whelan have since resigned from Reform UK.
In a statement shared with ITV News, Reform UK said: "Where members, activists and councillors have clearly behaved inappropriately, investigations have commenced. In some cases, there have been suspensions and due process must be followed."
"Reform UK has improved and prioritised its vetting procedures, but from time to time, a handful of individuals who do not share our values will initially make it through vetting. This is the same for all organisations."
Tom Ince just said on radio “Watford is a fantastic football club but there’s too many cooks in the kitchen who have different opinions. I saw these results coming - they don’t have a Livermore or a Hoedt to guide the younger players. The recruitment in the summer was soulless”

2 days ago this post, absolutely ridiculous, disjointed club at the minute. Fans don't deserve this circus.

Dionisi got it horribly wrong today but sacking him will achieve very little.
The next guy will still have a partnership of Kayembe & Kyprianou, a half fit squad, no strikers that look like scoring.
We are plummeting towards L1 yet our board think we should be top 6.
Worrying.
This is brilliant #watfordfc…🐝

They build a working roller coaster for it… 🤣😲

Today whatever happens we need to get behind the team. Think it’s important that while making feelings known surrounding the lack of support in the market, we still give the maximum support to the players and Dionisi. Who’ve shown great character and work ethic so far #watfordfc

Well done to @Roymoore_Hornet and @The1881_wfc for organising the One Club Kenny surfer. Part of a poignant and emotional tribute to much missed #WatfordFC legend Kenny Jackett. 💛❤️🖤
