Doing this for 70+ companies now. The ones who win have the same habits: → The founder takes the calls for the first month → Replies get answered the same day, every day → They change one thing at a time and let it run The ones who struggle rewrite everything in week two and start the clock again.

How I test a closer in twenty minutes: 1. Hand them our offer and tell them to sell it back to me cold 2. Object the way a real prospect does, not the polite version 3. Watch whether they ask me anything before they start pitching Most of them talk for fifteen minutes about what we do. The ones worth hiring ask four or five questions before the product comes up at all.

Say a client is worth 20 grand to you and you close one in four meetings. That makes a meeting worth 5 grand. Now go and work out what you're paying for one at the moment. Most founders decide outbound is expensive without ever doing that sum.

No brand, no list, no case studies, one week to book meetings. What I'd do: Monday: pick one industry and one problem I know how to fix. Tuesday: build 500 names by hand. Wednesday: write an offer good enough that a stranger takes a call to find out if it's real. Thursday and Friday: send it, and answer every reply within the hour. Weekend: nothing goes out, nobody's at their desk. Build the next 500 names. There's no website anywhere in that week.

Founders try to delegate the wrong thing first. They hand over delivery, keep sales, and wonder why they're still working Sundays. Outbound has a number on every step of it. That's exactly why somebody else can run it without you hovering over them.

We run outbound for over 70 companies at once. So when a market goes quiet, I watch it happen across eight of them in the same week. A founder running it on their own business sees one bad month and assumes they've broken something. Usually they haven't. Their market went quiet with everyone else's.

One client used it to generate 951 leads in a single month. And I'm giving it away. Because I still see B2B founders living off referrals. Waiting on the next warm intro instead of building something that books calls every single week. Referrals are luck with a nicer name. So I spent the last 2 days documenting the exact Claude + LinkedIn setup we use to run DM outreach on autopilot. Inside you'll find: → How to get Claude to build your DM template in 2 minutes → The 30+ buying signals worth tracking (and the 5 that actually convert) → How to build your ICP filter so the agent only talks to people who can buy → How to launch your first outreach campaign in 60 seconds → The first-touch message for each signal type (job change, funding, hiring, competitor engagement) → How to keep the agent running 24/7 without losing the 1:1 feel → The follow-up sequence that turns a reply into a booked call This is the exact system behind that 951-lead month. Giving away the system for free… Like this + reply "SETUP" & I'll DM it to you for free. *Must Be Following*

Nobody warns you about running out of market. You get through the whole list, meetings slow down, and you decide the channel's dead. You've just spoken to everyone once. One of our clients had 6,863 people come back interested in three months, and a big chunk of that came on the second pass through their market. Different rep, different angle, three months later. Nobody is sat there keeping a log of who messaged them in April.

Go and look at your own profile the way a stranger sees it in a notification. Headlines losing you acceptances: • Your job title • "Helping businesses grow since 2019" • The company name on its own • Anything with a rocket in it The one that works names the problem you fix, in the words they'd use for it. Costs nothing to change. Almost nobody does it.

Meetings were never the thing worth having. It's that a new offer stops being a gamble. You point the same machine at a different market and inside a month you know whether anyone wants it. Founders sit on ideas for two years because finding out costs them a quarter.

What 50 messages a month tells you about your offer: Nothing. What 5,000 tells you: • Which line gets a reply and which one dies • Whether it's the offer or the list • How long your market takes to warm up • Whether the problem is you or the market If you’re not going to fire off a lot of volume there’s no point even thinking of outbound.
35
If most of your market isn't buying this month, no message you write changes that. The bloke who ignored you in March signs in September, because something broke in his business in August. You can't write your way into someone's timing. You can only be in front of enough people that someone's August is happening right now.
24
What's landing in your buyer's inbox this week: → Several people who do roughly what you do → At least one of them worse at it than you → One with an offer better than yours → Nothing from you The market hasn't got a gap in it. It's got a queue, and you're not in it.

We sent 61,123 connection requests for one client over 28 days, which is about 2,183 a day every weekday. Here's the whole funnel, all five stages, because most agencies will show you the one number that flatters them and hope you don't ask about the rest. 13,885 accepted (22.7%) 12,548 messaged (90.4%) 5,563 replied (44.3%) 3,820 came back interested (68.8%) The one worth stopping on is the reply rate. Cold outreach averages somewhere around 3%, and I've watched founders celebrate 8%, so 44.3% across five and a half thousand conversations is a different category of number altogether. Clever copy doesn't get you there either. Getting the targeting right before a single message goes out does, because by the time anyone reads a message from us they've already got the problem we're talking about. The volume is the part people struggle to picture. One person doing this properly, at a pace that won't get their account restricted, sends about 150 messages a week. So 61,123 in 28 days is roughly a hundred people's worth of capacity, running every day, with nobody on payroll and nobody handing their notice in come March. Then there's the half of it nobody plans for, which is what happens when all those replies land. 5,563 over 28 days is around 200 a day, and a positive reply that sits in an inbox until the afternoon has usually gone cold by the time somebody gets to it. Every one of those got answered, and that takes more work than the sending ever does. One client, one month. We run over 70 of them. If you'd rather somebody else ran your outbound, DM me and I'll tell you what we'd build for you.

Every channel has a window where it's stupidly cheap, and then it shuts. The people who did well out of it weren't better operators. They were in it before everyone else turned up. LinkedIn's window is open. But It won't be forever.

Eighteen months from now, one of two things is true. Either you're still hoping the right person stumbles across you, or you've got something running that puts you in front of a few thousand of them every month and you barely think about it. Both of those futures cost the same eighteen months.
