Northwestern is ranked in the top 20 and heads to Oregon this weekend at 6-1 for the first time in six years.
The man leading the rise of the Wildcats: David Braun. The @NUFBFamily head coach joined me for an @NBCSports 1-on-1 to talk about what's made this team so special:

I can absolutely guarantee that if Herbstreit spoke at a PAC event for Democrats, Pro Football Talk would not be writing a “gotcha” piece — or any piece — about it.
The night before the self-described non-political Kirk Herbstreit called the Patriots-Bears game in Chicago, he served as the keynote speaker at a political action committee event in Alabama. nbcsports.com/nfl/profootbal…

Aidan Chiles has been a baller for NorthWestern. How much does he mean to that program?

2028 ATH Jayden Stephens from Waverly, IA visited Northwestern for their matchup against Rutgers.
On the direction of the program, he said, “What stood out to me is the fact that no one is complacent with the position that they’re in"

Aidan Chiles has done something nobody else has this year.
Northwestern QB Aidan Chiles is the ONLY FBS player with multiple games of 3+ passing TDs AND 2+ rushing TDs this season.
Against Rutgers: 219 passing yards, 83 rushing yards and 5 total TDs.
The Wildcats are 6-1. This is a legitimate playoff caliber team.

It is time to start having a conversation about Aidan Chiles. @NUFBFamily
