Thankful to BW for the chance to be one of the first in the NHS to use the new Optrell multipolar mapping catheter. Worked like a dream and provided truly excellent signals. The beat to beat conduction vectors really helped localise this AP #epeeps @EssexCTC @jjmt_ep

Today a team at Royal Brompton were the first in the UK to use a new @jnjmedtechuki device, as part of a trial, to treat atrial fibrillation. The device uses pulsed field ablation, guided by a 3D mapping system, to selectively scar heart tissue which causes irregular heartbeats.
