However, we recommend a review of debt collection practices and ask that guidelines are co-produced with people who are at the sharp end of debt collection practices, that affordability guidelines are reviewed, that we put an end to liability orders which incur additional costs-

- that more work is done in communities to encourage people to open letters and less formal letters are sent out that clearly explains the rationale of council tax and that more information is available on the various support and concessions available. #CouncilTax
