Spent hours trying to figure out with Microsoft why I could not chat with external/guest users. Come to find out that tenants block inbound chat requests from trial users! I was on a 1-month business basic trial, so paying resolved it!

If a software package has dependencies that are keeping a function from working, be nice and let the user know the next step to set up the missing dependency. I'm looking at you Microsoft! #headbang

I'm not sure why I would do this. I just use Let's Encrypt on my client's web servers. But I do find it interesting.

Why can the Orion spacecraft send audio and video to Earth on the far side of the moon, but NASA can not communicate with Orion? I would expect a total communication blackout during this time.
