Mark Levin is out here demanding criminal investigations into the journalists and sources who exposed his stepson. The same stepson who should have his security clearance stripped yesterday if these “allegations” are true. He’s not demanding answers about 9 dead Americans. Not asking why his stepson allegedly rewrote embassy cables to cover for a foreign government. Not questioning why the State Department’s human rights report on Israel went from 100+ pages to 9 under his stepson’s watch. Nah, he wants to know who talked. And his hissy fit makes a lot more sense when you remember that Mark Levin is the man who has made millions being the loudest pro-Netanyahu voice in American media. The man whose wife ran legal for the Koch brothers’ $236M dark money operation, is currently general counsel of Stephen Miller’s America First Legal, and sits on a state advisory board that works directly with the Israeli Ministry of Defense. The same man whose stepson holds top-secret clearance and allegedly choked off U.S. intelligence to protect the Israeli government from accountability for killing American citizens. If David Milstein goes down, the whole house of cards comes with him, including Levin and his wife. And don't forget about the 53 senators who voted on September 29 to block a resolution requiring a State Department report on those 9 American deaths, the ones Milstein allegedly ran cover on. Every Republican except Rand Paul voted no, plus Fetterman of course who cosplays a Democrat. Senator Steve Daines literally told colleagues to vote no so we could “stand with our ally Israel.” Standing with an ally is not burying your own citizens’ deaths. That’s not an alliance, IT'S A COVERUP. Going to look into Daniels.... So, the embassy had the report and Milstein allegedly killed it. Thirty members of Congress wrote to Secretary Rubio demanding accountability and the compromised Senate said no. And the stepfather of the man at the center of all of it is on national television every night screaming about leakers instead of asking one single question about 9 dead Americans. If these allegations are true, and I whole heartedly believe them, Milstein needs to lose his clearance and be investigated for treason. Mark Levin needs to be investigated as well and his wife. At what point does lobbying for a foreign country become something Americans should know more about under FARA? Because what AIPAC did after one congressional vote deserves scrutiny. And we should be paying attention to the politicians who are ignoring this, because they too look like foreign agents. On July 15, the House voted on Thomas Massie’s amendment to eliminate $3.3 billion in U.S. security assistance to Israel. It failed 104–314 103 Democrats and Massie voted yes. That made their sugar daddy, AIPAC mad. Because within days, AIPAC removed the donation links for 15 endorsed House Democrats who voted to cut the aid. These weren't obscure backbenchers. The group included House Democratic Whip Katherine Clark, the No. 2 House Democrat, along with lawmakers who had previously benefited from substantial pro-Israel political support. One vote involving aid to Israel, and the fundraising buttons disappeared. And AIPAC publicly made its position on that vote unmistakable, saying it was “disappointed” in the 103 Democrats who voted with Massie. Until 2021, AIPAC had never directly donated to a federal candidate. It created AIPAC PAC in late 2021 and launched its super PAC, United Democracy Project, for the 2022 cycle. By 2026, those two political operations had already poured more than $104.3 MILLION into federal elections, with months still left before Election Day. And look at what happened to the one Republican who voted for the amendment. Thomas Massie. AIPAC's super PAC had already spent millions opposing him in his Republican primary, which he lost in May. Then Massie introduced H.R. 8809, the “Americans Insist on Political Agent Clarity Act.” His bill would broaden FARA by establishing additional criteria for determining when U.S.-based organizations advancing foreign interests must register. It has been referred to the House Judiciary Committee. And that brings me back to the question: If an American lobbying organization can raise enormous sums for members of Congress, spend more than $100 million influencing federal elections, advocate intensely for U.S. policy benefiting Israel, and shut off fundraising access after lawmakers vote against aid to Israel, where should the legal line be? AIPAC says its work strengthens the U.S.-Israel relationship and advances American national security. Its critics argue this level of electoral involvement demands greater foreign-influence transparency. Congress now has an actual bill in front of it that would change that line. Maybe Americans should start paying attention to where the line is drawn because it's clear that AIPAC is sending us a message that they are in control of our politicians.

The government is hiding something about the $244 MILLION it gave the "Sound of Freedom" charity, Operation Underground Railroad. I can prove they're hiding it. Operation Underground Railroad, rebranded "OUR Rescue" after its founder resigned over a misconduct investigation. Five women are suing him AND the org in federal court right now, under federal anti-trafficking law. The org has ZERO immigration lawyers and had never held a government contract in its life but was given a $244M contract to provide lawyers to 26,000 migrant children facing deportation. No bids, they were the only offer. This contract caught my eye for many reasons, but as I follow it, it becomes very clear that the gov was in on this and has some explaining to do. Here's how I came to that conclusion: The gov cleared the way by starving the kids' REAL lawyers, withholding $65 million for work already done unless they handed over children's confidential case files. The lawyers refused their program died July 31, after having the contract for 20 years. The gov signed the new contract on a Thursday and posted it late Friday night. No press release for a quarter of a billion dollar contract? The charity has not said one public word about the biggest contract in its history. Three weeks of silence about a quarter billion dollars. Shady. Meanwhile, the kids are going unrepresented. A 7-year-old accepted deportation with no attorney in the room and a judge told a 1-YEAR-OLD to file her own asylum application. The kids' former lawyers say in sworn filings they cannot find a SINGLE legal service this org has provided since winning the contract. Not one. So in court, the old firm asked where the money was going? And the government said: we'll only answer in SEALED filings. They cited the Procurement Integrity Act. I read that law. It only applies BEFORE a contract is awarded. This one was awarded August 7. So, they cited a law that doesn't even apply, all to avoid answering in public. Luckily, a federal judge saw this shady behavior and called their sworn explanation "opaque" and ordered the official behind it into open court, under oath, September 8, in Oakland. Why is our government covering for a charity with open s*x trafficking investigations against it that it gave a quarter billion contract to with no prior history in this work?? Make it make sense. Tether is running the same playbook as a corrupt central bank, except a central bank has oversight and Tether has a PO box in the British Virgin Islands, predators cofounding it and scammers running it. Here is how a corrupt central bank works. You issue the currency --> collect real assets as reserves --> skim the interest off the top --> convert the profits into things that hold value such as gold, land, commodities, all before the currency you are issuing falls apart. And you know it is going to fall apart because you are helping it fall apart. But by the time everyone else figures it out, you have already moved the real wealth somewhere safe. That is exactly what Tether is doing. They issue a digital dollar. You give them a real dollar, they give you a token. They take your dollar, park it in Treasury bills, and keep the interest made. They made $13 billion last year. edThen they took that profit and convert it into $8.7 billion in physical gold, 210,000 hectares of farmland in South America, the country's only fertilizer producer, AI data centers, satellites, and humanoid robots. They are selling you a dollar while they stockpile gold. So, they do not trust the very thing they are selling you and that should tell you everything. It gets worse because a weaker dollar actually makes them richer. When the dollar falls, more people in emerging markets buy stablecoins because their local currencies are collapsing even faster, so the user base grows. When the dollar falls, gold goes up. So their $8.7 billion in gold appreciates. When the dollar falls, food prices spike. So their farmland and fertilizer monopoly become worth more. They are making money from the decline on every side of this trade simultaneously. The GENIUS Act, that Lutnick and Hines wrote, requires every stablecoin to hold reserves in US Treasuries. The government has to keep issuing debt because it is running record deficits, and it has to keep paying interest on that debt. So Tether is essentially a toll booth sitting on government borrowing that cannot be turned off. The worse the fiscal situation gets, the busier the toll booth gets. And while corrupt, the more debt they hold, the less likely the DOJ will probe. And if the dollar truly crashes one day? They do not care. By then they have already converted billions in digital dollar profits into gold, land, food, and infrastructure that holds value no matter what happens to any currency. The stablecoin was never their end goal, it's just the machine they used to extract real wealth knowing the crash is coming. Tether has never been independently audited. It was co-founded by a man who was Epstein's crypto advisor for 8 years. Four men own 86 percent of it. The CFTC caught them lying about their reserves. The UN has linked them to over $17 billion in organized crime. And this administration just handed them the legal right to issue America's digital currency while the Lutnick's family holds their money and the Treasury Secretary sits on the Epstein banking records that would tell us where all of this started. Okay. This is not a fintech company, Tether is acting like a corrupt central bank with no regulation, no borders, and no one watching because the people watching are in on it. How the government is using Tether to build the financial component of the surveillance state. Two guys in Bangkok ran a gaming promotion business that was legal, and licensed. They arranged VIP experiences, travel, lodging, meals, for high-roller clients at casinos operated by a publicly traded US company in Asia. The casino did KYC on them and on their customers. They independently screened every crypto wallet that touched their business. They were not hiding from anyone On October 30, 2025, at 11 PM UTC, Tether blacklisted ten of their Ethereum wallets in a two-and-a-half-minute batch. $42,417,785.62 frozen. The largest wallet alone held $26.1 million. One of the men, Natthawat Kasamvilas, contacted Tether to find out what happened. On November 2nd Tether emailed him back, gave him the name of a Homeland Security Investigations agent, and said "We do not have further information at this time." They did not mention that they were the ones who froze the money Here is what actually happened. An HSI agent out of Raleigh, North Carolina got a tip from a victim, one person, identified in court documents only as "GM", who lost roughly $30,000 in a romance scam. HSI traced GM's $30,000 to a consolidation wallet, then identified 18 wallets belonging to Thai nationals, then traced forward to 11 more wallets connected to two of those Thai nationals. None of those 11 wallets belonged to Kasamvilas or his business partner Nutthawat Rukthammachalern. The affidavit does not trace a single dollar from the scam victim to their wallets. The tracing exhibits the government submitted were, according to their lawyers, "so blurry and illegible that it is impossible to meaningfully review or decipher" them. When clearer copies were requested, key portions were still unreadable But none of that mattered, because before any of that paperwork existed, before any judge reviewed any evidence, a Homeland Security agent called Tether and asked them to freeze the wallets. He did not have a warrant or a court order or a subpoena. Just a request. And Tether did it They flew to the United States. On May 21, 2026, they sat down with HSI officials in person, brought lawyers, presented evidence that the government's own affidavit had no tracing connecting the scam to their wallets. HSI gave them no substantive answers and no path to get their money back As of today, no indictment has been filed against them. No criminal charges. and no civil forfeiture complaint. The government has not accused them of a crime in any court. But their $42.4 million is still frozen. And the whole time it has been frozen, Tether has been earning Treasury yield on the reserves backing those tokens. The company that locked their money is profiting from locking their money and not giving it back. Kasamvilas and Rukthammachalern had no account with Tether. They bought their USDT on the open market, the same way 650 million other people use it. And Tether froze it anyway because it has a function built into its smart contract called addBlackList that lets the company unilaterally lock any wallet on earth with no judge, no hearing, just a line of code They filed a motion in North Carolina on July 31st demanding the government return their funds. Then on August 31st they sued Tether in the Southern District of New York. The lawsuit says what happened to them is conversion, trespass, and unjust enrichment. Tether called the case "baseless" and said it was interfering with their "important work with global law enforcement" So, a private company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands, now operating out of El Salvador, froze $42.4 million belonging to two foreign nationals based on a phone call from one US federal agent investigating a $30,000 scam. No charges filed to this day. And when they sued, the company said helping law enforcement freeze people's money without legal process is "important work". That is not how the law works when the government freezes your bank account. They need a judge. They need probable cause. They need the 4th Amendment. But Tether is not the government, and that is the point. They already did this with physical surveillance. Flock Safety has 120,000 cameras across 49 states tracking every car that passes, make, model, color, scratches, passengers, pedestrians. Police departments buy access, and CBP taps in, no warrant needed because it is a private company selling a service. Axon has 85 percent of the body camera market and built a platform that merges CCTV, drones, license plate readers, gunshot detection, and AI analytics into what they call a "single pane of glass." Palantir combined financial transactions, communications, travel records, and criminal databases into one system and sold it to the CIA, ICE, the Pentagon, and local police. The FBI uses it for "complete target analysis of known populations" The 4th Amendment says the government cannot search you without a warrant. But if a private company collects the data and the government buys access to it, or just asks nicely, that protection disappears. A bipartisan group in Congress called it a loophole and introduced the Fourth Amendment Is Not For Sale Act. It has not passed, of course. Now they are doing the same thing with our money. If the government wanted to monitor every financial transaction in America, it would need legislation, judicial oversight, probably a Supreme Court fight. It would take years and it might fail. But if a private company issues a digital currency that 650 million people use, monitors every transaction through the FBI's own surveillance contractor, and freezes wallets on a phone call, well the government gets the same result without any of the legal burden. Here is what you would need to build a privatized financial surveillance network and what Tether has already done. (1) You would need a currency people are forced into. So you ban the government from making its own digital dollar…done, January 2025 executive order. Then you pass a law making private stablecoins the only legal option…done, GENIUS Act. You crash the real dollar with tariffs so people worldwide switch to the digital one…happening right now. Tether is at 650 million users and adding 30 million wallets a quarter. (2) You would need to see every transaction. Tether partnered with Chainalysis, the same surveillance firm the FBI and Secret Service use to track money. Every USDT transaction on every blockchain is monitored in real time (3) You would need identity resolution. The GENIUS Act classifies stablecoins as financial institutions under the Bank Secrecy Act. KYC requirements, transaction monitoring, suspicious activity reporting. FinCEN published the compliance rules in June 2026. Every user becomes identifiable. 4) You would need the power to freeze and seize without going through a judge. Tether has frozen $4.4 billion across thousands of wallets. They work with 310 law enforcement agencies in 64 countries. They froze $42.4 million on a verbal request from one agent. (5) You would need physical surveillance to pair with financial surveillance, because money tells you what someone bought but not where they are. Tether invested in Satellogic, a satellite company building daily coverage of the entire planet by 2027. The tech partner is Palantir, the AI runs on the satellites. The capability is called "pattern of life assessment." (6) You would need computing power to process it all. Tether owns 22,000 Nvidia GPUs through the Rumble-Northern Data merger. $150 million committed for GPU access. (7) You would need media control in case anyone starts reporting on it. Tether owns 48 percent of Rumble and signed a $100 million advertising deal. (8) And you would need the regulators to protect you instead of investigating you. The Commerce Secretary's family firm custodies Tether's reserves and owns 5% of it. The former Treasury Secretary chairs the satellite company. The White House crypto czar wrote the law and became Tether's CEO one month later. And the Corporate Transparency Act, the one law that required shell companies to disclose who owns them, got deleted. That is every piece all in place. Hard to ignore. All owned by one company that has never been audited, is incorporated in the British Virgin Islands, and is run by four men, two who just moved to El Salvador with 15 shell companies and no extradition treaty. The 4th Amendment was written to stop the government from doing this. It does not apply to Tether and that is their plan, I think. They are privatizing the surveillance apparatus and Tether looks like the financial component.
