Many cases, coming from the Western Cape High Court are troubling...take Mba Vs Magistrate Simlah and others..the judgment was delivered on the 30th April 2026..an applicant convicted of being illegal in South Africa...lodges a complain of unlawful detention..despite a deportation order being given..
