You do not “solve” the housing crisis by building luxury units that no one can afford or that become short term rentals. You don’t “solve” the housing crisis by stuffing low income people into “micro units”. You are not the answer to the housing crisis. You are a greedy developer

So do you support policies that promote wage growth instead? How would you address this growing imbalance? Asset values boom, money becomes worthless. Then fools expect to pay people the same $ and get the same. No. Pay people shit, get shit productivity.

I find it increasingly frustrating our financial institutions are silent on housing issues. I also find it increasingly frustrating they require down payments on first time homebuyers who are presently paying rent beyond a mortgage rate but can’t save enough $ for a down payment. – at London, Ontario

I generally don’t post videos like this, but we’re 4 months into this trade crisis.
We’re pleased to regain access to some markets, but we remain locked out of the US and were given hope for a March 10th opening.
That day has come and gone.

We cannot stress how dangerous it is to be on the roads right now. We have had 50+ calls of vehicles and people stranded. Please stay where you are. Plows and tow trucks have been pulled off the road and cannot assist you if you get stuck. -Dispatchers Kelly & Matt ☎️
