Children, women and men in Congo risk death mining cobalt for our phones and electric cars. Many have already died. This genocide is ignored while Big Tech companies profit from exploitation and consumerism. We can no longer look away. Write “Free Congo" SPEAK UP!
live streamed service today and did a lil workout to it. breaking a sweat while praising felt so right actually: will be doing more of that

The first library built in Gaza during the genocide.
Please preserve it.
With great sorrow, Al-Anqa Library, which rose from the ashes and soared, is on the verge of closing due to exorbitant operating costs—rent, electricity, water, and internet. I have all hope in you to support the library so that it may continue.
Do not let the phoenix return to the ashes; do not let this place, which serves as a sanctuary for all poets, writers, and readers in Gaza, be closed.
Please help us keep going. Please donate and share the campaign.

For a few hours, it felt like a “normal” night at the movies.

Children gathered together, watching the animation, laughing, and enjoying something so many of us take for granted. But this is Gaza, where even a simple movie night requires extraordinary effort…
No reliable electricity, no movie theaters, and an entire generation of children growing up under genocide, deprived of the ordinary childhood experiences that create lifelong memories.
On October 17, The Sameer Project helped bring a mobile cinema to Al-Karama Camp in Al-Bureij, along with music teacher Jaber, giving children and families a chance to escape their reality, even briefly.
The entire event cost just $54 after commission, covering fuel for the generator to operate the projector and transportation.
Sometimes, restoring a little normalcy is just as important as meeting immediate needs. These children deserve joy, laughter, and memories beyond survival. Donate to our General Fund to allow these events to take place: chuffed.org/project/113222-t…

You are not meant to recover from grief. You are meant to be transformed by it.

Until folks understand that you don’t own anybody platonically or romantically all of your relationships will fail. that’s the beginning and end of it. You don’t own people, they make a choice to be with you or to engage in friendship. Stop thinking & moving like an overseer.

people are consistently such freaks about trans men and sex i am getting this | | close to writing an extremely inadvisable essay about it
A 20 yrs old transman with such a regressive mentality smh. I’m a queer trans man who transitioned before you were in kindergarten. Some of the trans men you look down on helped fight for your right to exist. I hope you grow out of thinking homophobia will validate your manhood.
Real. Also important to remember that our brains are naturally inclined to seek out information that will confirm our biases for us. You will always find a reason not to like someone if you look for one.

Children teach you to see God again through their new little eyes.
It is hard to explain how but it is 100% real.

This made me teary eyed. Dude has big feelings and thought he was supposed to accompany it with big actions. Thank God for Adam's intervention. Ministry comes at you from anywhere from anybody but it's always on time.
😭😭😭😭A young man's first heartbreak. I've experienced it as a mother and as a young lady I remember being the cause of one. (It wasnt because I cheated tho). They are all recoverable of course but it helps if someone is around and can help navigate that influx of despair. Shout out to this Memphis man! Don't go calling his phone either. #Heartbreak.
