Home equity towards net worth count is absolutely BS. Housing market can crash. Even if it doesn’t, you now have to refinancea house at 7%. Unless you are willing to live in a one bedroom apartment.

It’s not the hype. This was totally botched by Apple. Just like 18 Pro Max. I had the same issue

@johnternus @Apple FIX the pre order issue. It was absolutely a disaster. I am a long time Apple customer and literally own every product you can name. I am an inch closer from moving to Android. Today was ridiculous. I was going to buy Duo but now I honestly wont this cycle.
