"Express your utmost horror and detestation of the Man who wishes, under any specious pretences, to overturn the liberties of our Country, and who wickedly attempts to open the flood Gates of Civil discord, and deluge our rising Empire in Blood."

Fuck Putin. Fuck Trump. Fuck Musk.
Yesterday, Putin revealed that Russian authorities are "in close touch" with Elon Musk about the technology Ukraine needs to defend itself.
Our new report @TheAtlantic investigates how @elonmusk went from supporting Ukraine to coordinating with Moscow.

NEW statement from Lisa Guerrero after Tafoya publicly attacked her:
โAny woman who shames another by doubting how โdevastatingโ her miscarriage was does not have the character to be a public servant.โ
Shocking stuff from the Washington Post:
Michele Tafoya publicly attacked a woman who experienced a miscarriage, calling her an โattention seeking drama queenโ who โwas not tough enough.โ
โIn an interview, Guerrero said Tafoya, whom she had never met, did not contact her before or after making the remarks.โ

It used to be when United States leadership would denounce this kind of atrocious behavior. We would mobilize allies and impose sanctions against the perpetrators. Now what do we do? We look the other way while purchasing diesel from aggressor. Are you proud to be an American?

The Holocaust didnโt begin with gas chambers. It began with words, propaganda, dehumanization, and ordinary people learning to hate their Jewish neighbors, just as they are today.
Thatโs why actually teaching history matters. Recognizing how it happened is just as important as remembering that it happened.
Never again means paying attention to whatโs happening now and recognizing the same signs that were ignored 93 years ago, when it began.

Absolutely horrible. My brother died because of 9/11. This memorial is a sacred place. I hope that there are Federal charges for the person responsible for this.

Mike Johnson delayed swearing in Adelita Grijalva for SEVEN weeks because she represented the 218th signature on the Epstein-files discharge petition Trump didnโt want passed.
But sure, Mike.

Hey @tedcruz - do masculine men sit idly by while the President denigrates their wife?
Do alpha men run out on their state during an energy crisis?
Do tough men have a body shaped by Pilsbury?

There are some big weasels in the Republican Party.
My number one thought is and always will be Ted Cruz.
He called Trump a sniveling coward, and then kowtowed to him in a way that has disgraced generations of Cruzes.
Marco Rubio is a weathervane. JD Vance is a shapeshifter, but Ted Cruz is just a coward.

If only McConnell and others had done what our founding fathers would have expected them to do, we would still be the United States of America today.
The post J6 impeachment/conviction process was the last off ramp we were going to have. It was the final antidote for the poison that is Trump and his inappropriate un-American movement.
But they said, "let the courts handle it, besides, we can't convict someone who isn't currently serving." How convenient and cowardly an excuse that reflects no love of country whatsoever, no interest in protecting something so precious, and just complete selfishness.
And then when the courts did get involved, they were all so quick to defend Trump and accuse the responsible and professional of "lawfare."
No institution has failed this country in enabling the disease that is Trump nearly as bad as the United States Senate under Republica leadership. Complete institutional failure.

If for no other reason, vote against every damn Republican on the ballot because of this. Because of this disgrace, this shame. What happened to Alex Pretti should never happen in America.๐
Alex Pretti's father: Our son was shot and killed by the government, federal immigration agents, on January 24th, 2026. We learned about his death from the media as we saw him being shot repeatedly in the back after helping a woman from his community. This was not a protest that Alex was at. His hands were in the air, and his face was on the ground when he was executed by ICE agents. We know exactly what our eyes saw. No one from the federal government called us on that day. But they did go on TV to tell lies about Alex. No one has called us since. No one has recanted those lies.
