In the fourth quarter, Julius Chestnut blocked an Indianapolis punt that was recovered by Oluwafemi Oladejo and returned 15 yards for a go-ahead touchdown. It is the first punt blocked for a touchdown in the NFL this season and the Titans' first punt block for a touchdown since Oct. 30, 2011 against Indianapolis when Patrick Bailey blocked a Pat McAfee punt and Jason McCourty recovered it in the endzone for a score.
After Cor'Dale Flott's interception, the Titans have forced three Colts turnovers in today's contest along with Amani Hooker's first quarter interception and Jeffery Simmons' fumble recovery to open the second half. The last time Tennessee forced at least three opponent turnovers was at Arizona on Oct. 5, 2025 (three fumbles).
With his second-quarter sack, Jeffery Simmons improved his career total to 45.5 sacks, surpassing Ted Washington (45.0) for 10th place on the franchise’s all-time sack list. Simmons also eclipsed Derrick Morgan (44.5) for fourth place in sacks during the team's "Titans era" (1999 to present) behind only Jevon Kearse (52.0), Jurrell Casey (51.0) and Harold Landry III (50.5).
Amani Hooker recorded his 14th career interception, picking off a Daniel Jones pass in the first quarter. He surpassed Jason McCourty (13) and tied Cortland Finnegan (14) for the seventh-highest career total for the franchise during its "Titans era" (1999–present). It is his second interception this season.
