I no longer believe Anthropic is secretly routing Fable 5.5 through Haiku, Sonnet, and Opus in Claude Code. I think they're just rolling out newer checkpoints with more recent knowledge cutoffs, running continuous A/B tests, and improving their models every day. Asking a model what Token Gremlin posted last week and getting an answer doesn't magically mean you're talking to Fable. At this point, we're all going crazy waiting for a model that's taking so long to launch it's practically becoming a legend.

I honestly don't buy it anymore. I've already seen people claiming that Fable 5.5 is being routed through Haiku, Sonnet, and Opus. I'm not falling for that again. At most, I think we're just seeing newer checkpoints of those models. I seriously doubt Anthropic would be routing Fable through its entire model family, especially considering how expensive and complicated all that would be.

I'll stop hyping up Fable 5.5 the moment OpenAI releases a new model that beats Opus 5.5.

Translation: Fable 5.5 is apparently such an absolute MONSTER that it can finish in HOURS what would take human experts YEARS, check its own work, fix its mistakes, and hand you almost bug-free code. And Anthropic somehow made this sound like just another Thursday update.
New on our Frontier Red Team blog: using Claude to formally verify software at large scale. Formal verification can prove that code is free of certain bugs, but historically it has only been feasible for small codebases (or required a lot of expert time). With AI models, however, this is beginning to change. In collaboration with @theoremlabs, we used Claude to prove security properties in over one hundred real-world open-source libraries over the span of a few weeks. In other words, Fable 5.5 is going to be so ridiculously smart that you won't need to babysit Claude anymore. Claude will babysit YOU, do all the work, and occasionally ask if you're sure you should be allowed near a computer.
Starting next week, sessions across Claude web, desktop, and mobile apps will run in auto mode by default on Pro, Max, and Team plans. Rather than asking you to approve each step, an automated check blocks risky actions. Switch back to manual anytime.

Today marks exactly one month since Opus 5.5 was released to the public, and still nobody has managed to dethrone it. WE NEED A REAL CHALLENGER. We can't just let Anthropic rule the AI world for this long.

Gemini 4 Carbon - Two Black Hole Horizons... OK so, I'm impressed.. like totally.. So last night I saw two images both of which you see in this recreation and the prompt was to recreate them as closely as possible.. And wow! This is fully in three.js and took 1h 40m.. I gave Argon the same task and I'll share how it did soon! So stay tuned..

Gemini 4 Carbon - A Mechanical flower! This took ~1hr 43mins fully made in three.js, I love the small bee it added which wasn't in the prompt but I did say it to be creative and didn't limit it with constraints.. A lot of improvements over Argon tbh.. I'll share my observations once i have some more outputs.. I've got one more and still trying to get more.. stay tuned!

Four interesting updates: - "Kibitz" (rumored to be Kimi K3.1) is an absolute BEAST at everything related to design. It reminds me a lot of Opus 5.5 and GPT-6 Astra at the same time. (Distillation?) - The Gemini 4 Carbon checkpoint is better than Argon, but honestly, it's not all that impressive compared to Opus 5.5. - "Kalmia" (rumored to be Qwen 4) is absolutely insane when it comes to design, Three.js, and similar tasks. - The checkpoint believed to be Fable 5.5 also seems much better than before, but it's nowhere near as far ahead of Opus 5.5 as people might expect. In other words, Chinese models have broken through the Fable 5 barrier. They're now just as good, while being ASTRONOMICALLY cheaper. As for Fable 5.5, I think its biggest challenge won't be beating the GPTs. It'll be outperforming its predecessor, Opus 5.5, by such a huge margin that it actually justifies the price. And honestly, I don't think it'll pull that off.

The internet is literally falling apart, and my friends are still casually sending me Kimi K3.1 and Gemini 4 Argon tests like nothing's happening. This is hilarious.

"We're donating Fable 5.5..." Oh, never mind. They're just donating some Agent Skills.
We're donating Agent Skills to the Agentic AI Foundation (@AgenticAIFdn), the same foundation we donated MCP to. Since December 2025, 70+ agent platforms have integrated the standard, including ChatGPT, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and VS Code. Here's what that means for you:

Unpopular take: I wouldn't be surprised if some AI companies started using their own agents to hack everyone, only to show up as heroes selling us AI to protect ourselves. Create the threat, sell the solution, and call it innovation.

WHAT THE FUCK?!
The internet is going into a LOCKDOWN. Hundreds of millions of websites are potentially at risk from cyberattacks. Governments, banks and major platforms have already taken their websites OFFLINE. Many are already calling it “Black October.” At the centre of the shutdowns is something most of us have never heard of, but use every day. PHP, the software behind roughly 7 in 10 websites, has two critical flaws that can let hackers break in without a password. Dubbed PHP2Shell, both are rated 9.2 out of 10 for severity. Details began circulating on Oct 20. Emergency fixes arrived the next day, but attackers were already moving. Cloudflare’s CEO says hacking attempts then jumped from thousands to MILLIONS within hours. Cybersecurity agencies across several countries are telling PHP site owners the same thing: Patch it now, or take it offline. Websites have gone dark worldwide, from government portals and hospitals to banks. CrowdStrike warns these attacks leave almost no trace, so some sites may not know if they’ve been hit. Around 2.6 MILLION internet-facing servers run PHP, potentially hosting hundreds of sites each. Over 1.1 million use older versions no longer receiving official PHP updates. Older installations may need an upgrade to a supported PHP version or a fix from their software provider. And patching does not remove a backdoor an attacker may already have planted. Cloudflare also says hackers are now tweaking their attacks to try to slip past its protections. But PHP isn’t the only security story unfolding. -Japan’s Onamae suspended ALL Desktop Cloud plans after malware was found on customer servers. -India’s eMudhra had 8 website-certificate keys so weak, one was literally the number “4”. -State Bank of India confirmed 3,897 customer records on the dark web. -Criminals used AI agents to break into 400+ Latin American banks. -Capcom confirmed a breach exposing 11.7 million email addresses. -GitLab disclosed a 10/10 severity flaw in versions going back to 2014. -LiteLLM removed a malware-containing release. Railway reported possible exposure of customer secrets. None of these has a confirmed link to PHP2Shell. We’re seeing separate breaches unfold together. The true number of incidents could take months to come out. The world is still on alert. Attacks are still coming.

I wake up, there is a NEW AI ATTACK. What is happening to the world?
SCOOP: Major U.S. banks are detecting unauthorized third-party AI agents inside customer accounts, including some attempting to take actions that appear to be independent of user instructions, sources told Axios. The findings have alarmed banking executives, who are racing to restrict access to their systems as AI moves at a velocity faster than financial institutions can respond, multiple industry and bank executives told Axios. Several banks are now preparing for worst-case and even “day after” scenarios, including how to rapidly secure or restore customer accounts if things go wrong, the people said. Several bank executives told Axios they're struggling to distinguish between human users and AI agents. One executive said banks also struggle to determine whether agents are authorized by customers or potentially operating without their permission, more akin to rogue agent behavior. I asked GPT-6.1 Sol Light to build a Cozy Alpine Lake My workflow: 1.Describe the scene I have in mind to ChatGPT. 2.Ask ChatGPT to write a detailed prompt, with strict instructions to use only my custom skill. 3.Give GPT-6.1 Sol Light the prompt + reference image. 4.Finish my FIFA match. 5.👇

I've been trying Teamily 2.0 with a small project: building a status page for an API incident. I used Teamily 2.0's Loop feature to create a reusable workflow with three AI agents: Researcher, Developer, and QA, with a human review step along the way. The Researcher gathered useful information, the Developer built the page, and then I changed the requirements to make it mobile-first and clearly show an overdue update. The interesting part? QA actually caught a bug. Selecting the incident summary with the keyboard highlighted the entire page instead. The Developer fixed it, and QA verified the correction. You can see the whole process and the before/after in the video. What I liked most is that this Loop isn't just for one project. I can reuse the same workflow to review future webpages, catch issues, and verify fixes without setting everything up again. Pretty cool way to work with AI agents as a team rather than separate chatbots. Try @Teamily_AI through my invite link: teamily.ai/i/KGNGXV #teamily #aitools #aiworkflow

Day 17: Reset. Expected to arrive today before 10 AM Pacific Time (2 PM in Brazil).
Day 17/ Bet you thought we forgot, but no, it’s reset day today. Also good time to remind you to get Daybreak Blue access, it only takes 15 mins and you don’t want to have to do it in the middle of an incident.
