popsci.com/story/diy/move-be… @mobilitywod @PopSci Id argue flexibility & mobility are distinctly different. #mobility is in ref to joint. #flexibility is in ref to muscle. We don’t stabilize muscle nor mobilize it. We don’t stretch or strengthen a joint, we mobilize it or stabilize it
Stretching is not the key to moving better. This is.

Stretching is not the key to moving better. This is.

Moving about isn’t meant to hurt. It takes a bit of work, but there’s a lot you can do to improve. And it doesn’t matter where you’re starting out, either.

It's difficult knowing who's open and who's not as Arizona attempts to navigate through the pandemic but we can assure you that we are OPEN! 🙌 Remember, physical therapy is an essential service ✔️ Injuries stop for no one and we won't either! 💪 bit.ly/2xIv9Cy

We know firsthand the difficulty there is in rehabilitating an injury as an athlete. All you can think about is getting back in the game. Well the past 6 months were tough but we did it, Luke! YOU did it 👏 Now go out and show them what a real champion looks like 🏀💪
