I was talking about 3rd party vendors who do arbitrations en masse for a %, not the arbitration fee schedule itself. They need a haircut, big time.
Is it bad when a physician and representative doesn’t realize federal IDR arbitrators already charge fixed dollar fees? CMS publishes the fee schedules. The arbitrator doesn’t get a percentage of the award. Let’s not get sucked into misinformation.

Cap the fees for arbitration. Make it a flat fee instead of a percentage.
I dug into the finances of the three nonprofit arbitrators resolving No Surprises Act disputes. For every dollar they made in '25, ~half was pure profit. Read more about these 'mini-gods' and how they're getting rich off their new jobs. tinyurl.com/5ye2csun via @statnews

This is what “a welcome mat on our Southern border” gets you. Contemplate France’s fate before you cast a vote for Six Gender Jimmy, cause you are asking for it to US next.
We told you they would do this. Now’s not the time to escape the consequences of your poor choices, leftist white woman.

I am reminded of why I filed HB 3061 enhancing criminal penalties for crimes committed while wearing a mask. facebook.com/share/v/19my4mp… Should I file it again?
The French government and media still want you to believe these are just student protests. Check out all of France’s future doctors, lawyers and engineers:

Vichy France returns, this time under Muslim occupation. I wonder what Charles Martel would have to say about this.
French journalist Paul Amar: “They came prepared. They had the addresses of town halls. They had addresses of Jewish shop owners. In a street in Marseille, all businesses owned by Jews were set on fire. Businesses run by Muslims weren’t”

Not deepfake. This is real. Six Gender Jimmy is great with cutting a kid’s body parts off as long as parents and doctors agree. If he lies about this, what else is he lying about?
Today is Sunday, October 18th, 2026, and it’s day 133 of not forgetting James Talarico voted against banning transgender surgeries for minors in Texas.

David didn't have "hope". He had God. Incredible watching this dork wear Christianity like a skin suit and people buy it.
U.S. Sen. candidate @jamestalarico (D-TX) compares the Texas U.S. Senate race to David vs. Goliath: "David may not have been as big or as strong as Goliath... but he had hope and he had a slingshot... the people of Texas are my slingshot."

And therein lies the absolute disingenuous nature of talking “Medicare for all”. We will never have M4A because the costs would be astronomical. But we could have what Canada and the UK have. Which folks don’t want.
Two-thirds of Americans support Medicare for All, according to a new KFF poll. But mention the possibility of longer waits for medical care, and support plummets to just 24%. Who would be enthusiastic about waiting in line for healthcare? washingtonexaminer.com/resto…

Humira prescriptions are on the rise vs. biosimilars at 340B pharmacies as well. Just another way the system fails us.
Humira already faces competition from multiple lower-cost biosimilars. Yet PBMs have often favored the more expensive brand-name drug over cheaper alternatives. The problem isn't patents. It's the middlemen who keep affordable alternatives out of patients' hands. forbes.com/sites/sallypipes/…

Reducing homeowners insurance costs is one of my top priorities for the 90th #txlege Session. I recently visited the @IBHS_ORG Research Center in South Carolina. Home fortification can help protect homes against severe weather and reduce costly damage. Stronger homes mean less storm damage and fewer insurance claims. That's how we bring premiums down for Texas families. #HD130 Learn more: bit.ly/4B6tNwM

I sat down with the @TPPF to talk about what is really driving up the price of health care in Texas: uncompensated care, federal mandates and the gaps taxpayers end up paying for. This is one of my top priorities going into the 90th #txlege. #HD130 Listen to the full conversation: bit.ly/4i9FDi4

Well it’s a good thing this isn’t a video from the Texas House floor of James Talarico advocating for gender transition surgeries for minors, then….
I just saw a MAGA ad while watching Texas vs Oklahoma saying that James Talarico wants to gender transition minors. It’s completely false but if this is all they got… man Republicans are cooked
