Meet Tom (aka Trobbo)– the man who keeps the wheels turning at Porosity. 👏 As our Operations Manager, Trobbo is the one making sure the right people, equipment and jobs all come together at the right time. From coordinating what’s in the field to keeping projects on track and customers looked after, there’s a lot happening behind the scenes—and Trobbo is right in the middle of it. Calm under pressure, practical, and always focused on finding solutions, he’s the kind of person every team needs. Whether he’s planning the next install, solving a last-minute challenge, or helping the crew out in the field, Trobbo’s commitment to getting the job done right makes a huge difference every day. Thanks for everything you do, Trobbo. We’re lucky to have you leading our operations! 💚 #MeetTheTeam #Porosity #OperationsManager #AgTech #agriculture

We’re at Cotton Confernce 2026! Come and drop into stand #45, and see first hand why so many of our awesome farmers stick with Porosity for the long haul - 19years of probing, water and weather monitoring solutions! Meet Thomo and Trobbo, and let them show you what quality equipment and service looks like.  See first hand what a quick and informative dashboard looks like; the kind that helps you make the right call in the paddock. We also have a nice little treat, for any new or existing customers who want to drop in 😉  #cottonconference2026 #agtech #porosityservices #meettheteam

First moisture probe in for the 25/26 cotton season! The plants are steaming along here at Trangie NSW, in the Macquarie valley. Most late-September to early-October sown paddocks are now ready for a probe, with the first true leaves just starting to emerge across the region.

Another weather station installed near Warren NSW. With the ability to monitor wind speed, wind direction, rainfall, temperature and humidity, smarter decisions can be made on farm. #agtech #farming #precisionagriculture #smartfarming #cotton #cottonaustralia

Water height sensors are a great way to save unnecessary trips to check on chanenels, saving time, labour and diesel. They can be set up with an SMS notification, where the user will get a text when the water level has hit a specified height. #precisionagriculture🌾🚜
