Having undergone surgery and chemotherapy for oesophageal cancer, Therese credits the exercise research programme funded by Topic of Cancer with helping her regain her fitness.

Did you know our ToC Voices health choir is FREE?! It's open to anyone affected by cancer, whether you're a patient, recovering from treatment or a carer. And you don't need to be able to sing, read music or have any experience.

It's simply a friendly group of people who enjoy singing together, having a laugh and supporting one another. We meet every Monday evening in Guildford, from 7–8pm, and you can join us on Zoom too. Find out more on our Topic of Cancer website or email [email protected]
