Hi traders, if you were impacted during today’s outage, here’s what we’re doing to make it right: -Lost money on open trades? Erased. We’re wiping those losses from your account. -Position reversed? Some trades reversed into an opposite “ghost” position in an attempt to flatten you. These are erased completely, whether they won or lost. -Got flagged for hedging violations today? All violations are removed. -Account violated due to the Maximum Loss Limit? We are reactivating any account closed due to an incorrect rule violation, with negative trades from the outage removed. -Made a profit on open trades? You keep those gains. We aren't touching them.
