You want to Know why all these Studio's are closing? Cause Trump put an end to DEI In Corporate America. So when people complained that Bioware closed because Of Trump, there were half right (That and they were not putting out Income making games for EA).
DEI Is used to discriminate against certain people during the hiring process in favour of hiring minorities instead.
When hiring for a Job, race, gender, sexuality should never matter. Bioware abused DEI to not hire people based on personal politics or things they didn't like after "checking" potential employee's LinkedIn pages.
These studio's only kept running cause the old guard government was pushing DEI Programs so hard they were all getting kickbacks. It's good this shit Is gone. Even if Studios we love are gone, now you know why.

I guess I can say it now - so when applicants would apply to the studio, the producer would go through their LinkedIn to see what posts they liked, and if he disagreed with their political/social Like, he'd advocate not to hire them based on their Like.
