Wife and I were first to respond last night to an Indigenous tranq drug user overdosed out in the middle of the dark road, face down, beside his bicycle.
Lucky we stopped to move the bicycle or he'd been run over. 911 called.

We stayed at the scene until the Fire Dept and Ambulance arrived the Native, clearly it wasn't his first time. Still had his precious drug pipe in his hands when he got up.
