Yes, there is definitely violent rioting happening in LA. No, it hasn’t taken hold of the entire city. But things have escalated significantly since the announcement of National Guard troops being deployed. Although all they’re allowed to do is protect federal property and agents.
I hate this shit. All of it. The city was already struggling with a $1 billion budget shortfall because the leadership of this city squandered our resources on nonprofits that have nothing to show for it.
And I’m sick of local politicians and their lies. No, they don’t have shit under control. They haven’t for years. We need better local leaders, not escalation from the Feds.
