Especially because many times this confidence gets mistaken for certainty. And if you’re looking for certainty and calling it confidence, you’re never gonna get confident.
Confidence usually shows up after the evidence, not before. You build it the boring way: one promise kept at a time. So stop waiting and start stacking the evidence. The feeling catches up.
