I made no meaningful progress for the first 6 years of my trading.
What did I finally do that started my upward trajectory?
This is the ONLY shortcut you need ๐๐งต
Most traders think they're failing because they don't know enough about the markets.
In reality, it's because they don't know enough about themselves.
The barrier to entry to trade is low, but you need money to make money in this game.
It helps strategically AND psychologically.

Trading is a 2 step game.
Step 1 = make money
Step 2 = keep money
You have to learn to play both games if you want to win..

There is no avoiding taking a loss.
You just get to decide which pain you want..
Small losses or big losses.

Signs of growth in trading aren't:
- More profitable trades
- Securing payouts

- Recovering from periods of drawdown
- Handling situations where everything goes wrong

"A winning trade is not a winner if you broke your rules"
"A losing trade is not a loser if you follow your rules"

Unprofitable traders seek certainty.
Profitable traders accept probability.

I've learned many things from 10+ years in the markets..
One of the biggest lessons?
The market will not stop presenting opportunities.
FOMO makes no sense.
There is always another trade.
If you're focusing on taking challenges based purely on how 'easy' they are to pass, you're focusing on the wrong thing.
Getting funded means nothing if you still can't trade consistently.
The decision you get to make every day:
- Buy
- Sell
- Observe
The third is underused and often the best position.
1:10RR trades look great in screenshots, but don't show you what goes on behind the scenes.
Typically, low win rates and longer losing streaks.
Not everyone is able to handle that.
A strategy can make money on paper but still be completely wrong for you psychologically.
You don't get to decide whether you make money today.
That's up to the market.
You get to decide how well you want to manage risk.
