A huge honour to attend the inaugural of academic, clinician and activist @profchloeorkin.
Her research and advocacy on #HIV injectable treatment, #UequalsU, mpox and COVID breaks new ground - tackling inequality and health inequities at the heart of it all.
I am in awe.

Homophobia in the police force meant crimes against #LGBT people went unreported.
It would be great if @gmpolice would follow the Met Police’s lead and acknowledge the immense harm done by the homophobia of their former Chief Constable James Anderton.
🏳️🌈@metpoliceuk Commissioner, Sir Mark Rowley, has said “sorry” to the LGBT+ community for his force’s past homophobic persecution. He's the first UK police chief to apologise.
The RVT welcomes this apology which Paul O’Grady and @PeterTatchell campaigned fervently for.
