🔥Asian Paints grievance update: awaiting formal clarification on the proposed resolution A brief update on today’s communication. An #AsianPaints representative informed me of a preliminary refund proposal based on information provided by the service provider. I have requested written confirmation and clarification of the proposal before making any decision. I am awaiting the company’s formal response. As previously outlined in my posts, this matter concerns a painting system that deteriorated within approximately ten months, following a pre-paint site assessment on 12 June 2025 and a quotation dated 15 June 2025, despite a stated ten year warranty. Following three inspections, Asian Paints attributed the failure to rising dampness. I remain hopeful that #AsianPaints will address the outstanding concerns with the transparency and technical clarity expected of a professional service provider, with appropriate attention from @consaff, @nch1915 and @jagograhakjago. My approach remains respectful and solution oriented. I appreciate the communication received and am allowing the company an opportunity to clarify its proposed refund in writing.
