My self-appointed job is to show up, throw likes for Trigun like confetti, maybe a little snark, then leave.

Que mal que hayan tantos bullies en el fandom angloparlante de Trigun en twitter.

we’re never getting a trimax adaptation if we’re all so determined to be miserable and make the series as unenjoyable as possible for everyone involved

In places filled with words obsessed with finding faults, it’s hard for genuine love for a work to grow. So I decided to step away from the negativity and take care of what I love🌱

Pretty sure I'm most bummed out by the lack of practicing good faith and assuming positive intent It makes discussing the story difficult for anyone and gatekeeps it from new fans Idk... I expect more out of my fellow fans since we're all loving a love & peace story--Vash's pacificism is rooted in grace and redemption

My frustration isn't with criticism. It's with the moments it's wielded in a way to smite anyone doing the harmless act of enjoying something. It hurts to see such a lack of foresight. A failure to consider one's impact. Little to no empathy.

The fact that people feel the need to justify enjoying something or criticizing it shows a deeper problem in how this fandom handles discussion. It shouldn’t be necessary to say this, but it clearly is: enjoying a piece of media and criticizing it are both valid forms of engagement.

Ngl, all this negativity towards Stargaze hurts my heart. I've been a fan since 2005ish, back soon after it aired on Toonami. A friend gave me the '98 dub on a hard-drive, and I fell in love with it instantly. There weren't other fans that I knew, so I just existed (1)

Thank you for watching Trigun Episode 6! I was in charge of directing. I love character performances, of course, but I also adore battles between large ships, so I indulged in plenty of personal preferences. The result is the best possible visuals. My deepest gratitude to all the staff! We've now reached the halfway point. Don't miss a single episode until the finale! #TRIGUN
